This website has no enquiry form and sends no information to a lead database. Messages are sent when you choose LINE or send from your own email app.

2. Information you choose to send
This website has no enquiry form, stores no enquiries in a lead database and sends no automated emails. When you contact us through LINE or email, we may receive your name, contact information, business context and project details that you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, tokens, payment details or sensitive information.
3. Purpose and providers
We use your message to answer questions, assess scope and pricing and coordinate your request. We do not use it for marketing without an appropriate basis. LINE and email messages are handled by their service providers under their terms. Website content is stored in project files. The website connects to neither Sanity nor a lead database.
4. Retention and deletion
For enquiries that have not become a contracted project, the retention period is one year from receipt. The operator must review and delete channel copies, including replies, Sent/Trash and attachments; the website does not automate deletion. Contractual or legally required records are considered separately as necessary. Copies in backups or provider systems depend on their retention arrangements; immediate deletion of every copy is not claimed.
5. Website and tracking
This website loads no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and stores no enquiry messages in localStorage or sessionStorage. Hosting providers may retain technical information such as IP addresses and access logs. Hosting log settings have not been changed, so no configured log retention period is claimed.

LINE links and email links open the channel you choose. This website does not send messages on your behalf. Copies may exist in both parties’ accounts. We do not control copies in your account; external providers process information under their own policies.
